Hall’s Culligan is looking for an outgoing, upbeat team member who is driven to succeed as our new Outside Sales person.  As a sales person with Culligan you will focus on the sales of Water Softeners, Reverse Osmosis systems, Bottled Water and Bottle-free Cooler equipment.  Culligan has been a trusted household brand since 1936, not only are we a great, stable company, we are also growing!  If you are looking to have fun while you work, be supported in a team atmosphere, and are motivated to give your best service to customers, this is the job for you!

Responsibilities

The primary responsibility for this position is to analyze customers’ water problems, design water treatment solutions for customers in their homes, make sales presentations, and build solid, long lasting relationships with customers in your assigned territory. 

 

  • Develop new customers selling Point of Use Coolers, Residential Water Treatment Equipment, and Bottled Water Products and Services to our very important customers
  • Self-generation of customer leads
  • Must be outgoing and fun to help us grow our business
  • Must have great communication and customer service skills
  • Must have excellent driving record and be able to lift at least 50 lbs

Qualifications

 

  • Experienced in cold-calling and lead generation, In-home sales experience preferred
  • Verbal communication skills required
  • Must portray a professional appearance
  • Customer service oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, outgoing & friendly
  • A history of meeting and exceeding performance expectations
  • Must have good driving record and be able to lift at least 50 lbs
