Forest City Coffee is looking for an Outside Sales / Coffee Sales Representative to join our winning team!  We offer a competitive salary with a full benefits package and fun working environment.  The Coffee Sales Representative will work Monday-Friday with an enticing pay plan that includes a base salary plus commission and paid time off (PTO)!

 

The Outside Sales / Coffee Sales Representative is responsible for prospecting and cold calling to produce new customer accounts for coffee product sales and rentals.  Coffee Sales team members with Forest City Coffee have an entrepreneurial spirit and enjoy selling a quality product that people love.

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting and cold calling on new accounts for the sale of coffee, bottled water,  and related products and services to local area businesses.
  • Meet or exceed new account goals each month.
  • Delivery and set up of new customer coffee equipment at the customers location.
  • Completion of all corresponding paperwork/customer orders.
  • Stocking of company vehicle to perform proper installation, service and delivery of products.
  • Responsible for inventory tracking of coffee equipment and products.

Qualifications

  • Equipment installation skills (mechanical ability)
  • Excellence in customer service with great attention to detail
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Must be able to successfully pass a background check per the company requirements
  • Must pass D.O.T. physical and drug screen and possess a clean driving record
  • Must be able to lift a minimum of 30lbs on a repetitive basis

 

Minimum Education & Experience Required:

  • High school diploma
  • 1-2 years of relevant sales experience preferred
