LICENSED MASTER PLUMBER

Title: Service Technician / LICENSED MASTER PLUMBER

 

Culligan is looking for full time experienced Master Plumber. As a Master Plumber with Culligan, you will be responsible for all aspects of service, installation and repair of commercial and household water treatment equipment.  As the resident expert, our Master Plumber will work with our team of Service Technicians and Apprentices to set the example and mentor current team members.  Come join a well established, family owned company that cares about what's important...our customers and our team members!   Culligan offers a comprehensive salary with full benefits package that includes, paid holidays, paid time off, 401K with a company match and the use of Culligan equipment in your home.       

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Possess the plumbing knowledge (aptitude and ability) to provide timely and effective resolution of service issues relating to all residential and commercial customers, including (but not limited to) water treatment equipment repair, installations, re-beds, product deliveries, applications, etc.
  • Possess outstanding communication and customer service skills.
  • Must be able to lift a minimum of 80lbs on a repetitive basis, with 100+ periodically.
  • Complete the sale of equipment and other supplies where appropriate (revenue generation).
  • Complete “on call" holidays and weekends as required (based on a rotated schedule)

Qualifications

  • Master Plumber License and related experience required
  • Insurable Motor Vehicle Record
  • Demonstrated excellence in customer service
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to thrive and multi-task in an active working environment including but not limited to: bending, twisting, reaching overhead, crawling, working in tight spaces, lifting and pulling (at times over 100 pounds).
