CRH Leasing has an immediate opening for a Fleet Maintenance and Safety Coordinator.  Our family of companies employs 750 people across 9 states in over 40 dealerships.  This position will be responsible for interacting with the business and supporting CRH Leasing practices across all locations.

Responsibilities

 

  • Manages fleet maintenance program training, support and approvals including preventative maintenance compliance and follow-up. This includes reviewing, approving or escalating vehicle repair requests and arranging towing or rental services as needed. 
  • Improves vehicle safety for the company through DOT compliance, the GPS program and common industry practices.    
  • Provides data analysis, report generation and information sharing across all regions including fuel reports, GPS reports, and maintenance reports as well as generating internal CRH Leasing scores and updating the SharePoint site.
  • Serves in a project management capacity and leads process definition and evaluation while providing support and reporting for additional projects as needed.
  • Cross-train to serve as backup in support of the Fleet Manager.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to manage and lead multiple projects
  • Ability to provide data analysis and build accurate, meaningful reports
  • Solid leadership skills
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail oriented, and self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Personal and able to build positive work relationships
  • Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment, handle change and make decisions independently
  • Promote a value based safety conscious environment through inspections, training and coaching
  • Ability to travel up to 25%

 

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business or related field of study and three years work experience or an equivalent of five years relevant work experience
  • Experience with Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations
  • 2 to 4 years of transportation safety experience preferred
  • Demonstrated project management experience
  • Vehicle leasing or fleet management experience preferred
