Hall's Culligan Water and PrairieFire Coffee Roasters is looking for an ambitious and driven Corporate Recruiter to join our team. If you are looking for an opportunity to proactively and positively improve the recruiting and hiring process, increase employee retention, and drive increased business results, this is the job for you! Our family of companies employs more than 750 people across nine states in over 40 locations. This position will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment lifecycle for all positions and locations. In addition, he/she will be responsible for improving the recruiting and hiring process across the organization and working with managers to assess, build and execute an effective recruiting plan



  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle in order to efficiently and effectively meet the needs of our growing business: build proactive plans and materials to identify, attract, hire and retain talent for a broad range of positions, across all locations.
  • Consult with and provide support to managers and supervisors regularly on employment and staffing needs, including evaluation of their staff, training on recruitment and hiring practices, development of souring resources, and coaching throughout the hiring process (screen, interview, check references, recommend candidate for hire, etc.).
  • Manage and maintain the Applicant Tracking System, iCIMS that includes writing and posting of jobs; ongoing review and management of open jobs; analysis, preparation and dissemination of performance reports; and user set-up and training.
  • Source quality candidates for various positions, including actively seeking new candidates through special campaigns, job boards, referrals, and networking.
  • Continuously improve the recruitment and hiring process, Applicant Tracking System, and applicant flow by evaluating current practices, staying abreast of innovative sourcing trends and best recruitment practices.
  • Manage recruiting and staffing vendors, including performance, product and price negotiations, and payment.
  • Maintain consistent standards and practices to ensure compliance of all rules and regulations related to hiring and recruiting.
  • Develop and maintain internal and external networks to strategically source passive candidates, including development of professional relationships with outside organizations such as city, college, and community placement offices.
  • Lead and organize hiring events.




  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years recruiting and staffing experience across multiple industries, locations, and recruiting resources.
  • Expert level user of Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably iCIMS, and experience with job boards.
