Sales Manager – Culligan of San Diego
The Sales Manager is responsible for leading up to 9 Residential Sales Representatives and 1 Sales Coordinator in San Diego along with up to 3 Residential Sales Representatives in Escondido in the direct sales of Culligan products and services. The Sales Manager is accountable for achieving budgeted revenue targets and other key sales performance metrics. Close collaboration with the General Manager and co-managers, local and regional dealerships in the advertising cooperative, and various vendor partners is essential. Contributing to and drawing from the Best Practices of the Culligan Dealer System is expected, as is collaboration with assigned support personnel provided by Culligan International.
* Please note: Special consideration will be given to those with direct related experience in providing residential water conditioning / water treatment solutions to in-home consumers
