CULLIGAN Route Sales Representatives provide on-demand beverage solutions for local area residents and businesses. CULLIGAN bottled water systems deliver pure and fresh premium quality water to our customers. Because CULLIGAN knows customers want full service solutions, and since it takes great water to make great coffee, we also offer a complete line of coffee brewers and services, along with other consumable products…not to mention the unprecedented CULLIGAN brand customer service! 

 

Our Route Sales Representatives spend their days in the field as the face of our organization selling and delivering Culligan products to our valuable customers. The Route Sales Representative is a crucial role and the key to our company’s success!  As a Route Sales Representative you will not only deliver CULLIGAN products and provide excellent customer service, you will also engage with clients to retain and grow your route as well as your revenue. 

 

 

 

 

Responsibilities

  • Meeting sales goals and promoting overall route growth to enhance profitability by developing leads/prospects and calling on prospective customers to solicit business
  • Use a company vehicle to deliver products and provide outstanding service to a variety of customers in both residential and commercial markets
  • Manage daily routes independently to ensure proper and timely delivery of product
  • Load and unload product per company protocol and safety guidelines
  • Assessment and resolution of customer needs in a timely manner to drive retention
  • Solicitation and sale of new customers

 

Qualifications

 

 

  • Self-motivator with strong teamwork and interpersonal skills; ability to communicate, present, and persuade at all levels
  • Prior Route and/or Outside Sales experience preferred
  • Must have a valid Driver’s License
  • Must be a minimum of 21 years old to drive a company vehicle
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment DOT physical and drug screen (where permitted by law)
  • Safely lift and carry up to 50lbs repetitively and up to 90lbs frequently throughout the day
  • Persuasive with strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills required
  • Ability to provide a high quality service within a very fast-paced and physically challenging environment
