Customer Service Representative - Culligan of Denver

Culligan of Denver (located in Englewood, CO) is currently seeking a Customer Service Rep/Office Admin to join our office support team.  We have a dynamic team and we are looking for another member who will represent our brand and create lifetime customers. 

This is the perfect career for someone who has worked in a customer focused, administrative role in the service industry.  The right person will be a whiz in Excel, have experience calling on past due accounts and dealing with field staff in a service oriented industry.  If you have Customer Service experience and you pride yourself on being solutions oriented and customer focused, this is the career for you!

Responsibilities

  • Answer questions and resolve any product or service related issues for customers in the office as well as over the telephone; follow up with customers to ensure optimal satisfaction has been achieved
  • Dispatch route drivers and service technicians as needed to assist customers with product delivery, equipment installation or repair; work closely with our warehouse team, route drivers, and field technicians to achieve optimal customer satisfaction  
  • Prepare sales commissions and payroll for final processing at our corporate office (must be proficient in Excel)
  • Take payments and maintain customer records by updating account information
  • Maintain financial accounts by calling customers to remind them about past due accounts and processing customer adjustments as needed
  • Prepare and maintain compliance and regulatory reporting (e.g. sales reports, month end reporting, etc..)

Qualifications

  • Customer Service & multiline telephone experience (service industry experience preferred)
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel Experience
  • Account collections experience preferred
  • Office supply and inventory management, including tracking inventory levels, placing routine and special orders with vendors, and resolving any related discrepancies
  • Strong work ethic (honesty and integrity are key for this position and to our organization)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including helpfulness and patience in dealing with fellow employees, external customers, and vendors
  • Outstanding organizational and problem solving skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast paced, fun working environment
