Culligan is looking to fill a front line, residential and business, Outside Sales person.  We are looking for an outgoing, upbeat team member who is driven to succeed as our new Bottled Water Sales Person!  Our sales professionals are the key to our business.  We provide you with all the training you need to succeed!

If you are looking for a position that will allow you the freedom to sell a product that everyone needs, and you’re motivated to give the very best service to our customers, then we want you on our team!  To be a successful Outside Sales / Bottled Water Sales person all you need is persistence, resilience, and the gift of gab.



  • Develop and retain new customers through self-generation of new customer leads
  • Cold call area homes and businesses to offer Bottled Water service and solutions to potential customers; our territory covers Santa Barbara County, Ventura County, the San Fernando Valley, and a large portion of downtown Los Angeles.
  • Maintain relationships with existing customers for direct sales and rental of bottled water services.
  • Responsible for consistently providing excellent customer service through effective follow up and communication   


      • Must be outgoing and fun, eager to self-generate leads through cold calling, referrals, and a variety of methods for lead generation.  
      • Customer service oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
      • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, outgoing & friendly
      • A history of meeting and exceeding performance expectations
      • Willingness to learn our products and be the local spokesperson for the brand
      • Must have an excellent driving record and be able to lift/push/pull a minimum of 50 lbs
      • For insurance purposes our drivers must be a minimum of 21 yrs of age
      • Successful completion of pre-employment screenings required
