Customer Service Representative - Culligan of Santa Ana

 

Culligan of Santa Ana 80th Anniversary w-Luluis seeking the perfect candidate to join our office support team as a Customer Service Representative.  We have a dynamic team and are looking for another member who will represent our brand and create lifetime customers.  This is the perfect opportunity for someone who is dependable, resourceful, energetic, and extremely customer service oriented. 

 

Our Customer Service Representatives work a set schedule of Monday-Friday 8 am - 5 pm and have the opportunity to earn commission pay!

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls from our very important customers
  • Accounts Receivable functions such as: coding invoices, entering payments, and resolving any billing/invoicing concerns
  • Handle collection calls and maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments when necessary
  • Make outbound calls to existing customer base to recommend service related reminders and promotions
  • Data entry, maintain customer records by updating account information
  • Schedule deliveries, dispatch service technicians and/or route representatives to customer locations
  • Resolve any product or service related issues; follow up to ensure complete customer satisfaction
  • Work closely with our sales team, route drivers, and field service technicians to achieve optimal customer satisfaction

Qualifications

  •  Experience in Customer Service in an office environment
  •  Multi-line telephone experience
  •  Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  •  A/R and billing experience including: coding of vendor invoices and resolution of any related discrepancies
  •  Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast paced fun environment
