Create, retain, and grow Culligan business in an assigned territory. Provide homeowners with consultative services to include water analysis, determination of water quality improvement needs, and recommendation of total water treatment solutions. Orchestrate the vast resources of the world’s most famous and trusted brand, Culligan, to exceed expectations of new and existing customers. Build strong presence in community as the “go to” source for the sale and/or rental of Water Softeners, Whole House Filters, Reverse Osmosis Drinking Water Systems, and many other Culligan exclusive products designed to deliver on our Brand Promise: Culligan. Better Water. Pure and Simple.


  • Direct In-home Sales experience is preferred
  • Proven Lead Generation skills  
  • Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Ability to work a Flexible Schedule
  • Valid driver’s license and a good driving record
