Culligan is looking for an outgoing, upbeat team member who is driven to succeed as our new Bottled Water, Bottle Free Cooler and Coffee Outside Sales Professional!  Culligan has been a trusted household brand for more than 80 years. Not only are we a great, stable company, we are growing!  If you are looking to have fun while you work, be supported in a team atmosphere, and are motivated to give your best service to customers...then we want you on our team! No experience necessary; however, prior sales experience is a plus! 


  • Sell Coffee, Bottled Water and Point of Use (bottle free) products and services to our very important business customers
  • Develop and retain new customers through self-generation of new customer leads, specifically calling on local area businesses to offer Culligan Water solutions and services
  • Maintain relationships with existing customers for direct sales and rental of bottled water services, plumbed-in reverse osmosis systems, and bottle free coolers
  • Responsible for consistently providing excellent customer service through effective follow up and communication   




  • Must be outgoing and fun, eager to self-generate leads through cold calling, referrals, and a variety of methods for lead generation. 
  • Maintain a professional appearance
  • Customer service oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, outgoing & friendly
  • A history of meeting and exceeding performance expectations
  • Willingness to learn our products and be the local spokesperson for the brand
  • Must have a decent driving record and be able to lift/push/pull a minimum of 50 lbs
  • For insurance purposes it is mandated that our drivers be a minimum of 21 yrs of age
  • Successful completion of pre-employment screenings required
  • No experience is necessary, prior sales experience is a definite plus!
