    OPERATIONS MANAGER

    CULLIGAN OF WIXOM/ANN ARBOR

     

    Hall’s Culligan of Wixom is searching for an experienced and dedicated Operations Manager to oversee the day to day operations in the Warehouse and Service department.  The Operations Manager will lead continuous improvement projects to enhance customer service, and develop, monitor and improve department metrics through effective employee coaching and leadership.

     

    The Operations Manager will have the ability to balance the customer and employee experience.  The ideal candidate will possess the professionalism and interpersonal skills that create a first class experience for all customers and employees.

    Responsibilities

    • Create and adapt processes and procedures as necessary to develop a fully functional operation; monitor process and ensure quality control
    • Be responsible for all product management
    • Purchase supplies and products to keep the business functioning properly
    • Provide scheduling of staff to meet demands of operation while controlling labor costs
    • Adhere to plan audits
    • Schedule maintenance on equipment in facility
    • Provide accurate and detailed records
    • Assist other management as necessary

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
    • Demonstrated proficiency supervising staff and managing projects
    • Strong computer skills
    • High standards regarding accuracy and attention to detail
    • Solid verbal, written and communication skills
    • Excellent problem solving and trouble shooting skills
    • Successful completion of pre-employment screenings
    • Ability to thrive and multi-task in an active working environment
