    As the Commercial Industrial Sales Professional, you will be responsible for selling water treatment applications to business customers. This role is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, providing ongoing support and handling service issues.

Culligan provides customers flexible financing with purchase, rental or lease options.


    As a Commercial Industrial Sales Professional, you will partner with customers to determine the best water solutions for the needs of their business.  Starting with a water analysis and a review of system requirements, the Commercial Industrial Sales Professional will be responsible for the following:

    • Partner with customers to determine the best water treatment solutions that will suit needs of the business
    • Working with customers to increase the life span of their equipment
    • Helping businesses save money on water treatment chemicals
    • Reducing downtime and enhancing water quality
    • Growing the existing customer base
    • Prospecting on local businesses and new construction projects
    • Following up on incoming sales leads
    • Bidding on projects/creating RFP’s and ensuring we stay within proposal deadlines
    • Establishing and maintaining a professional relationship with engineers, architects, contractors, construction managers, and business owners/operators
    • Business-to-business cold calling required


    • Prior sales experience in water treatment, chemical or industrial materials is required.
    • Computer skills on most Microsoft Office applications are required.
    • Must be able to produce self-generated sales each month and be well organized.
    • Have a strong work ethic, the ability to work independently or as a team and a burning desire to succeed.
    • Strong business knowledge, professional presentation skills, and excellent problem solving abilities.
    • The commission-focused sales professional generally is the most successful.
