    Fleet Specialist

    CRH Leasing of Wichita KS

     

    CRH Leasing has an immediate opening for a dedicated and detail oriented candidate to fill our opening for Fleet Specialist.  Our family of companies employs 800 people across nine states in over 40 locations.  This position will serve as the primary record-keeper for more than 575 company fleet vehicles and will be responsible for supporting and executing multiple functions within the Fleet department.

     

    The ideal candidate for the Fleet Specialist will have exceptional organizational skills and have the ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks at one time.  Experience working in a fleet or leasing department and in an elevated administrative role or as an executive assistant is highly desired.

     

     

    Responsibilities

     

    • Update and maintain accurate information in all Fleet systems and files, including the updates and communication on all vehicle additions, transfers and sales
    • Complete steps within the vehicle order and sales process accurately and timely; Generate lease order forms, process new vehicle paperwork, provide titling and lien instructions, assemble funding and driver packets, request titles and lien releases for sold units, and complete sold vehicle paperwork
    • Maintain and complete annual registrations for all vehicles, accurately and on time
    • Coordinate and schedule vehicle moves with the business or outside vendors
    • Process invoices, research and resolve discrepancies with vendors
    • Generate and distribute reports to the business leaders

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma required; Some college preferred
    •  
    • Experience working in a high-level administrative role is highly desired
    •  
    • Leasing or fleet experience preferred but not required
    • Self-starter; execute tasks and make decisions without daily direction
    • Detail oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast paced environment
    • Builds positive work relationships with operations, co-workers and vendors
