    CULLIGAN OF TIFFIN

     

    Culligan of Tiffin is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our office support team on a part-time basis, 20-22 hours per week.  We have a small team of dynamic individuals and we are looking for another Customer Service Representative team member who will represent our brand and create lifetime customers.  If you have customer service experience and you pride yourself on being able to multitask and complete projects on time with ease, this is the career for you!

    Responsibilities

     

    • Utilize multi-line telephone system to answer questions and assist our very important customers 
    • Service walk in customers for billing questions, payments, and/or purchasing products
    • Maintain customer records by updating service activity and account information in the database 
    • Resolve any product, billing or service related requests; follow up with the customer to ensure complete customer satisfaction
    • Schedule, prepare, print, bill, and post repair or delivery work orders for service technicians
    • Work closely with our sales team, route drivers, and field service technicians to achieve optimal customer satisfaction

     

    Qualifications

     

    • Customer Service experience in an administrative/office environment
    • Outstanding organizational skills with an ability to prioritize tasks in a fast paced fun environment
    • Strong work ethic (honesty and integrity are key for this position and to our organization)
    • Excellent written and communication skills
    • Multi-line telephone skills
    • Exceptional customer service skills
    • Billing and account maintenance experience preferred
