    Hall’s Culligan of Lompoc is searching for an experienced and dedicated Operations Manager to oversee the day to day business operations of Route, Service and Plant departments.  The ideal candidate will possess the professionalism and interpersonal skills that create a first class experience for all customers and employees.


    The Operations Manager will be skilled in employee relations, including the ability to hire, onboard, train and develop employee to ensure their success. The Operations Manager will be also be responsible for setting and achieving P&L budget goals, managing inventory levels and resolving customer issues.

    • Create and adapt processes and procedures as necessary to develop a fully functional operation; monitor process and ensure quality control
    • Be responsible for all product management
    • Purchase supplies and products to keep the business functioning properly
    • Provide scheduling of staff to meet demands of operation while controlling labor costs
    • Adhere to plan audits
    • Schedule maintenance on equipment in facility
    • Provide accurate and detailed records
    • Assist other management as necessary
    • Follow all safety policies and conduct ongoing safety training with employees


    • Previous management experience is required
    • Working knowledge of routing efficiencies and logistics management preferred
    • Ability to handle budgeting processes and manage P&L statements
    • Ability to recognize, prioritize and accomplish daily, weekly, and monthly goals. Ability to motivate staff to accomplish aforementioned goals
    • Personality – Self-driven, results oriented with a positive outlook and clear focus on high quality customer service and business profit
    • Mature, credible, and comfortable in dealing with employees and customers
    • Reliable, tolerant and determined; well organized with excellent communication and time management skills
