Hall’s Culligan in Wichita is searching for a Midwest Region Residential Sales Manager to support our household sales operations in Kansas, Nebraska, Missouri, Colorado, Arkansas and Wyoming. Experience with in-home residential sales is required to be considered for this role.
The Midwest Region Residential Sales Manager will lead the household sales strategy focused on performance improvement and increased sales production. This role will be responsible for providing continuous education, coaching and training for all Midwest Sales Managers and Sales Representatives while ensuring the development and execution of market plans. The Midwest Region Residential Sales Manager will also play an integral role in growing and maintaining staffing levels thorough the region.
