Hall’s Culligan in Wichita, KS is currently seeking a self-motivated Sales Coordinator to support the sales efforts of several locations throughout the mid-west.  The Sales Coordinator will cultivate new and existing customer leads and set appointments for our sales team. The Sales Coordinator will be the main contact for potential customers to schedule consultations for free estimates of our in-home water treatment solutions.  A seasoned Sales Coordinator will have experience in building rapport with customers, and will follow-up appropriately to ensure a successful in-home consultation for the field sales associate.


The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in over the phone customer service and sales.  We are looking for an energetic and driven candidate with strong communication skills.  If you are a friendly, outgoing person that knows how to generate an interest in quality products and services, this is the role for you!

  • Answer all inbound sales calls and respond to web inquiries from potential customers
  • Understand the importance of converting these inquiries into sales appointments for our sales teams at multiple locations
  • Contact current customers to set appointments for sales, service and delivery options
  • Maintain paperwork and update customer appointments in lead tracker software
  • Follow up with appropriate sales teams at multiple locations on a daily basis


  • Experience with over the phone customer service
  • Experience in a customer focused office environment 
  • Excellent phone skills
  • Strong organizational and problem solving skills with the ability to communicate effectively to customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently and multi-task in an active work environment
  • Must be able to successfully pass a background check per the company requirements
